A negotiated Design & Build ‘turnkey’ project, comprising partial refurbishment of the existing occupied nursing home and construction of a new 3,400 sq ft single storey attached wing. This included bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms and communal administration facilities and associated external works.

Due to the home being fully occupied careful & detailed programming and daily interface with the home’s staff was essential to avoid disruption and inconvenience to the residents, this was particularly relevant in respect of the new service installations and their connections to the existing supplies in the main home.

All subcontractors & suppliers selected were locally sourced and vetted by our Company approval process.

The project was successfully completed on programme with the Client naming a lounge after our Site Manager at the official opening.
