We undertake reactive maintenance works to the external works within the curtilage of the Liverpool Echo Arena & Convention Centre and the South Liverpool Docks under the direction of the facilities manager Crispin & Borst.

As the estate is quite extensive we undertake the maintenance works on a cyclical, area by area basis, the Site Manager, our Supervisor and the Client jointly survey the estate monthly and produce a schedule of defects. These are mainly reactive works to remedy any issues that maybe a threat to the health & safety of the general public such as replacing broken setts or pavings.

We also undertake ‘one off’ small works packages within the Centre, typical examples of which are as follows:

• Upgrade Pedestrian Access to Underground Loading Bay: Value £6,624.00
  Improvement works to safely segregate pedestrians from the traffic route in the Arena underground car park.
• Overspill Lorry Parking Facility: £76,491.00
  Construction of an overspill parking facility for large articulated vehicles for use when the Arena is hosting a major event.
• Wapping Control Centre Minor Refurbishment: Value £12,635
  A upgrade to the existing control room and kitchen within the building to accommodate additional staff.
