Captain’s Table Lounge: Refurbishment of the corporate entertainment suites at the stadium.

Due to the number of trades requiring access at any one time careful planning to ensure continuity & scrutiny of health & safety issues were of paramount importance.

Joe Mercer Bar: A corporate entertainment lounge which required reconfiguration to accommodate an increased number of clients.

This suite remained open for social events over weekend periods thus necessitating temporary screening and service diversions to keep the bar functional whilst the works were underway.

Visitors Changing Room: Removal of sunken bath and reconfiguration of lockers and seating.

The difficulties with this section of the works pertained to noise and disturbance during the demolition process and access and egress for deliveries & debris. To overcome these problems we undertook demolition works ‘out of hours’.

Main Goodison Reception: The Club wished to improve the image of the main reception and alter the existing counter to accommodate new equipment, again the reception needed to remain functional throughout.
