We have undertaken a variety of projects under fast track and traditionally tendered procurement routes ranging in value from £40,000 for a minor office refurbishment in the Alexandra wing up to a full strip out & ward refurbishment for the Dermatology Department in the Gregson Clinic for £318,788.

The works involved a wide range of trades with extensive mechanical & electrical installations and bespoke shop fitting elements.

Completion on programme was critical as works were being carried out in a fully ‘live’ hospital environment, disruption needed to be kept to a minimum and the target dates achieved for delivery and installation of our Client’s specialist equipment items. We are pleased to say that all the above Client's requirements where achieved.
