New build construction is a substantial part of our business. We offer a Turnkey service, covering the whole process, from sourcing of suitable land to handing over of keys to the eventual occupier, whether this be a commercial or a housing project. We have also worked in partnership with various Registered Social Landlords and Local Authorites in the successful completion of a large number of social and affordable housing units.
